The Chef's Table Lunch is a premium chef-led dining experience by Tom Hitchcock, showcasing exceptional Australian beef through a thoughtfully curated menu celebrating seasonal Australian produce.
Designed to complement your day at Beef Australia, each lunch features premium Australian beef prepared across a variety of cuts and cooking techniques, paired with bold flavours and restaurant-quality presentation.
Served in an elegant Chef's Table shared dining setting, the experience has been carefully designed to deliver an exceptional lunch within a one and a half-hour sitting.

With two lunch sittings available daily and a different menu featured each day, the Chef's Table Lunch is the perfect opportunity to pause, connect and enjoy outstanding food before returning to explore everything Beef Australia has to offer.

Your ticket includes:
• A chef-curated two-course lunch by Tom Hitchcock
• Premium Australian beef showcased through a seasonal menu
• A one and a half-hour house beverage package including selected white and red wines, house beers, soft drinks, still and sparkling water
• Shared Chef's Table dining with allocated seating

LUNCH EXPERIENCE INFORMATION
• Two lunch sittings available daily.
• Strictly one and a half-hour dining experience.
• Shared Chef's Table dining at tables of ten with allocated seating. Where possible, guests booked together will be seated together.
• A different menu is featured each day, encouraging guests to return throughout the week to experience new dishes, premium beef cuts and seasonal flavours.
• Guests are requested to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their allocated sitting.
• Service will commence promptly at the advertised sitting time to ensure all guests enjoy the complete dining experience.
• Due to the fixed service schedule, late arrivals may miss courses and cannot be guaranteed the full dining experience.
